Sx2 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using sx2 services. By registering or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and sx2 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the sx2 platform, you fully agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the sx2 platform. Continued use after changes to the Terms are announced will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use sx2 services. The platform is only available to individuals legally capable of entering into contracts under Malaysian law. sx2 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is allowed only one active account. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. sx2 reserves the right to reject registrations or terminate accounts with false or inaccurate information. Users are fully responsible for all activities under their account.
Users are responsible for keeping their account passwords confidential and not sharing them with others. sx2 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence in protecting their login credentials.
General User Responsibilities
- Not using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Not attempting to access other users’ accounts without permission.
- Not using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Complying with all applicable Malaysian laws when using sx2 services.
- Report any suspicious activity to the sx2 support team immediately.
3. Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the sx2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include eWallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay, as well as bank transfers via FPX. sx2 does not accept cash deposits or payment methods not listed on the platform.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources. sx2 reserves the right to hold or reject any transactions suspected of involving illegal activities or fraud without prior notice.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or eWallet used for deposits, subject to any required identity verification. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are shown on the platform's payment page and may change from time to time. sx2 is not responsible for any fees charged by banks or third-party eWallet providers.
4. Platform Usage Rules and Account Policy
Prohibited Use
- Sharing login details with others.
- Opening multiple accounts using different information.
- Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through dishonest methods.
- Any attempts to manipulate game outcomes.
Account Suspension and Closure
Sx2 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice under the following conditions:
- Violation of any provision in these Terms.
- Verification of fraud or illegal activity.
- Providing false information during registration.
- Requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies.
Valid account balances can be claimed back by users following the prescribed procedure, subject to internal investigation by sx2.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Sx2 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from platform use, service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss. Services are provided "as is" without explicit or implied warranties. sx2’s total liability to any user will not exceed the amount deposited by that user within 30 days prior to any claim.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the sx2 platform are the exclusive property of sx2 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission from sx2. Intellectual property rights violations may lead to legal action.
The sx2 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. sx2 does not control the content or privacy practices of those sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from use of such links or third-party services. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites they visit.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Sx2 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms page regularly. The effective date of these Terms is stated at the bottom of the page.
These Terms and any disputes related to the use of the sx2 platform are governed and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes not resolved amicably will be referred to the competent courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be modified as necessary to be valid and enforceable, while all other provisions remain fully in effect.
